Maple is a a super tool for organizing and managing your household. These are 3 core things we think you should do to get Maple dialed in.
Connect an external calendar
The calendar is the hub of the home and Maple's calendar acts truly as a hub for everything that is going on in your household from events and activities, to chores, to the weekly meal plan. The more information you put into Maple the more organized and powerful the calendar becomes.
Connecting an external calendar is one of the fastest ways to start getting Maple up to speed. Maple connects to the following platforms: Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook & Exchange, TeamSnap

Customize Maple For Yourself
Folders:
Folders are the core method for organization within Maple. Folders can be created for almost anything you could imagine whether it be weekly chores, meal planning, or even planning a trip. Everything is color-coded and will remain consistent throughout Maple.

The "+" button is your key to getting started with folders or anything else in Maple.
You can customize the layout of your folders by pressing+holding on a folder and then selecting "Rearrange Folders" (as seen below)
Inviting your family / friends to collaborate:
Inviting your family couldn't be easier. Head to "Settings" and follow the steps for adding a family member. Maple Plus users have the ability to share their plus subscription with 5 additional family members giving them the benefits of Maple Plus as well!

Customizing your settings:
There are some really great customizations that folks seem to love to tinker with. You can access the Settings menu at any time by tapping the little "hamburger" menu (as seen below).
From here the there are TONS of customizations to allow you to make Maple feel more like your own. Some of the more popular ones are:
- Notifications - What you want to hear from Maple and what you don't want to hear.
- Customizing your navigation - Don't want Maple to open to the Calendar by default? Set the screen you want to see first thing when you open the app.
- Currency - Switch up your default currency within Maple.
Calendar Settings gives you a robust set of adjustments that you can make to your calendar whether it be switching the calendar layout to showing what Shows and what doesn't show on the calendar.
