Collaborating and planning with others is one of the coolest features you can do with Maple!
Whether you are planning a birthday party, your weekly meals or a vacation, Maple can be the place where you and others plan to the fullest.
You can collaborate with folks on both Free and Maple Plus. If you are a Maple Plus subscriber you can also share access to Maple Plus features with connected family members. (Learn more)
Adding People To A Folder:
The first thing you'll want to do is decide which folder you would like to collaborate on. This can be from your list of existing Folders or you might want to create a whole new Folder all together.
Next you will want to tap the "Settings" button. From there you have the option of either adding someone you've previously collaborated with in Maple or inviting someone new by sending them and invite via email.
Once in the Family section, you'll have the ability to add someone whom is currently connected to you in Maple or you can generate a new invite link to send to someone new.
If you decide to add someone new, you'll want to make sure that you select the folders that you wish for them to have access to.
If you are a Maple Plus subscriber, you have the opportunity to share access to premium Maple features with up to 5 people at a time. You can do this during this invite step, or can update your preferences later on here.
Tap "Share invite link" when you are ready and share it with anyone you'd like.
Important note: The ONLY content this person will have visibility into is the content associated with the Folder you have invited them to. This person will NOT have the ability to see anything else you are working on in Maple unless you specifically invite them to other Folders.
Removing People from a Folder:
Navigate to the Folder you'd like to remove someone from, then tap the "Settings" button.
From there you'll see all the people who have been added to the Folder. Tap the "Remove" next to the person you would like to remove and confirm your decision.
That person will be removed from that Folder and will no longer have access to any of the content (ToDos, Events and Notes) in it.
